I started Yoga in 2005 in Istanbul. It was 2007, at a yoga camp with one of my precious teachers, Uma, when I decided that Yoga would be an indispensable part of my life. Since then, I have attended several workshops of respected masters like Dharma Mittra, Yogeswari, Richard Freeman, Chuck Miller, Sean Corn, Sienna Sherman, Petros Haffenrichter, Todd Tessen, Michael Stewart, Mark Darby and Noah Mazeh
In 2011, I completed my first Yoga Alliance Certified Vinyasa Teacher Training Course. Following this, I also completed nsight Yoga Teacher's Training based on Yin and Yang practices with Sarah Powers and Advanced Teachers Training with Hart Lazer, based on safety and theurapatic techniques. Since then, I've been actively teaching both Yin Yoga and Vinyasa classes and workshops.
In 2014, when I made my life change into Israel, I first started teaching outdoors; currently I teach in several respected studios in Tel-Aviv and private classes. I brought the deep and balancing experience of Yin Yoga to Israel that is suitable for all level and styles of yoga practicionars. I also call it “the other side of our yoga practice”
Pursuing my practices in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Ashtanga styles, I believe in learning while both teaching and practicing. Yoga for me is a passionate awareness adventure that starts with our breath and body on the yoga mat and moves all the way to our inner and outer connections.
My simple message about yoga is: “Don’t try to understand yoga, sooner or later yoga will understand you.:)”
