A co-founder of Gaia Yogashala in Thailand, Tal has dedicated herself to the practice, study and teaching of yoga since discovering its joys and benefits in 2001. She is trained in the disciplines of Sivananda and Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy and Kinesiology (Dr. Gil Solberg), Iyengar, Pilates, Prenatal yoga, Yoga for Kids, Reiki Master (Orion Healing Center), and Theta Healing (Vianna Stibal). Tal has taught yoga at retreats and centers around the world including India, Thailand, Israel and the Bahamas. Tal modifies her classes to match the practitioner’s needs, strengths and physical challenges. Her classes combine a blend of styles and techniques stemming from her extensive experience with various schools of yoga, inducing Sivananda, Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Vinyoga, Iyengar and Yoga Therapy.
Tal emphasizes alignment and strength in addition to flow and softness, with each class tailored to the needs of her students. She encourages her students to attune themselves to the current requirements of their bodies so that they establish a balanced, healthy yoga practice, as well as acquire and master their own optimal body posture. An avid yoga therapy practitioner, Tal emphasizes alignment, core and lower back muscles work.
